Terms and Definitions

Vemma

Vemma is the company of which we are all members. The acronym stands for Vitamins, Essential Minerals, Mangosteen, and Aloe. Vemma keeps track of the members, ships the product orders, and pays our commissions. There is no membership fee for Vemma. There is only the $60 minimum monthly product order. As a Member you receive:

a. Vemma Nutrition Pack (VNP). Vemma markets only one product, and that is the VNP. The VNP consists of two bottles of product. One is the Vemma Essential Minerals, and the other is the Vemma Mangosteen Plus. The minerals and vitamins with mangosteen, aloe and green tea are liquid, and therefore are more bio-available (body-ready) than pills or caplets. Not to mention that they taste great!

b. Two self replicating websites, provided by Vemma at no cost to you. The first of these sites is a management site where you can see what is happening in your business, order additional product, sign up new members, view your earnings, and view your downline. This site is viewed at http://www.vemma.com. In addition, Vemma provides you a second site that you can refer potential members to so they can sign up there, learn more about the product/company/business, view a video about the business, etc. Vemma will send you instructions regarding the set up of these sites. Vemma began distribution of its Vemma Nutrition Pack in November of 2004. Vemma is a debt-free company, a subsidiary of New Vision International. Vemma is able to draw from the expertise of New Vision with NVI’s years of experience in the distribution of nutritional supplements. Vemma is very fortunate to have as its parent, a debt-free, experienced leader in the nutritional supplement market, a company which can meet the challenges of growth.

New Vision International (NVI)

New Vision is the parent company of Vemma. New Vision started distribution of its first products (including Vemma’s Essential Minerals) in 1995. New Vision quickly became a leader in the nutritional supplement market. It is a debt-free company with years of experience in marketing nutritional supplements.

Enroller

This term applies to the person who enrolled you in Vemma. Never hesitate to contact your enroller for information and/or assistance.

Sponsor

Your sponsor is the person you are placed immediately under in the Vemma organization. Usually this is the next available position in a line of Members.

Leads

Leads are email addresses of people who have clicked on a website seeking a home-based business opportunity.
