In building your business, you will spend a lot of time on the phone. It is recommended that if you do not have “unlimited calling” from your phone service that you contact your phone service and request this. In addition, since we are doing business in Canada, ask them to add that country to the service also. There are other telecommunications options available also, be sure and check these out.

Since we are doing business in many other countries, it is recommended that you check out a free world wide service called Skype. This is a free internet program that you can download from http://www.skype.com, and it is easy to set up. All you will need is a head set with a microphone and you will be able to talk to anyone, all over the world free-providing the other person also has Skype.
