Tips to Success in Vemma

Some helpful tips to remember.

  • Positive Attitude. This is an essential part in building your business. Yes, at times things will get tough, and to continue going further will be hard, and you will be tempted to quit. All successful people have been there, just work through it. At times like this, talk with your success coach.
  • Treat this like a business. That’s right, because it is a business. There is a saying, “Treat it like you have $100,000 invested in it” and that will help you in this area. This is a business, just as any store front business you have ever visited. The concepts are the same, just the methods are a little different.
  • This is not a short term project. It is designed to continue to build over the long haul. It is not a get rich quick scheme, it is for real. Look at it this way, the next several years are going to pass anyway. So why not use them to build for the future.
  • Product. Simply said, “Be a product of the product.” What does this mean? Use the product, experience the results, and then you can tell others about what the product has done for you and others. By using the product, you will feel more comfortable in discussing it with others, and recommending it to them. For more info on the product, there are some websites you can visit: A) http://www.nutritionhealthinfo.com - under: “The Science & Research Behind:” click on: Aloe Vera, Green Tea, Mangosteen, Minerals, and Vitamins - these are the ingredients in the Vemma Nutritional Program. B) http://www.myvemma.com/yoursitesname - Click on all info about products in your myvemma.com website.
  • Costs of doing business. The cost you incur in building your business is entirely up to you. Do you want to build a small or large business? No matter which one you choose, it will take some money to do either. You determine the amount of money you spend on brochures, CDs, handouts or leads you purchase. Some members feel the business cost includes their use of the product. I believe the product should not be considered as a cost of doing business-but rather as an investment in your health.
  • Goals and “your why.” It is highly recommended you determine what you want to achieve from this business. Write those goals down, as well as the date you plan to achieve them. Ask yourself “why” you want to achieve those goals. During difficult times, we start to question why we are doing this business. To get past these times, revisit your “why.” The only way you can lose, is to quit. In the words of Sir Winston Churchill, “Never, never, never give up.”
  • Facts tell, stories sell. That is so true, just think about that. To help you believe in this product, you must use it. Visit www.vmatestimonials.com and learn what mangosteen is doing for others. This will help you relate some stories to others when talking to them about the business or product.
  • Use the tools! There are many tools you can use to help build the business. Go to www.vmatools.com to learn more about these tools. In addition your enroller may know of some other tools, from other sources, that you could use in building your business.
  • Conference calls and events. It is important that you listen to as many calls as possible. In Part VI of this document you will find various calls that will provide you useful information and help you build your business. One of the most important things you can do is to attend local or national events, especially Corporate Conventions/Training Events. Not only will you learn the information that is presented at the event, but the interaction with others is priceless. I have heard many people say they got as much out of mixing and talking with others at the events, as the event itself. A side benefit is that the event expenses are a tax deduction. Why not couple the event with a mini vacation, you might be able to deduct the whole thing-check with your CPA on what you can actually deduct, and check in your VemmaBuilder back office under: “Tax Advisor” for tips as to what you can deduct - put together by tax experts.
  • Contact your Success Coach!!!! There is always someone above you that can help you build a successful business. Remember, this is a “Team Event.”
